My TV assumes I am in USA, but I’m in the UK so I cannot access UK channels

My Roku TV thinks I am in USA when I am in the UK. It has a UK plug and the wifi does not have a VPN but it does not allow me to add UK channels (like ITV, Channel 4, BBC etc.). How do I change this?
