Re: My Netflix suddenly stopped working/performing

@winsur

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: My Netflix suddenly stopped working/performing

If your Netflix suddenly stopped working or performing, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. You can try accessing other websites or streaming services to verify if the issue is specific to Netflix or a broader internet connectivity problem.

  2. Restart your device: Turn off your device (such as a smart TV, streaming device, or computer) and unplug it from power for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can help refresh the device and resolve temporary glitches.

  3. Clear cache and data: If you're using the Netflix app on a mobile device, go to the device's settings, find the application manager or apps section, locate Netflix, and clear the cache and data. This can help resolve app-related issues.

  4. Update the Netflix app: Ensure that you have the latest version of the Netflix app installed. Check your device's app store for any available updates and install them if necessary.

  5. Try a different device or browser: If possible, try accessing Netflix on a different device or using a different web browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to a particular device or browser.

  6. Disable VPN or proxy: If you're using a VPN or proxy service, try disabling it temporarily. Some VPNs or proxies may interfere with Netflix's functionality.

  7. Contact Netflix support: If the issue continues, reach out to Netflix customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps based on your account and device.

It's worth noting that these are general troubleshooting steps, and the specific solution may vary depending on the device and situation
