Multiple Channels aren’t opening

Disney plus and other channels will go to open then just close out and go back to the Home Screen

Have you restarted your Roku?  Have you restarted all of your network equipment - gateway/modem/router?  Also, check for updates on your Roku under Settings->System->System update.
