Movies interrupted

Whenever we're watching movies on HBO Max, Netflix, Prime, or any of the other channels on Roku, the movies always stop halfway through.  Roku suddenly says no internet connection (even though my computer is next to the TV and the connection is perfect).  What is going on?  I have to turn off my TV, Spectrum cable box, and Roku for at least a half hour, reboot, and start all over again. Is there something wrong with my Roku Express?  Is there someway to avoid this problem?

Assuming you have it fully updated (Settings/System/System update/Check now), and your internet/wireless isnt resetting, it sounds like it may be overheating.

Try separating it from other CE equipment and give it adequate ventilation.

Otherwise, you might considering returning/exchanging it if its within the return/exchange window.
