Monumental sports app help!

Hi! I have a monumental sports subscription thru Roku ( it shows up on my subscriptions in my account) and I’m unable to watch the live capitals hockey games. I just bought a new Roku 4K express and logged into my  Roku account and to the sports account. Roku recognizes the subscription, but the app does not. In the app it won’t allow me to watch the games without a “active subscription”. Here’s the kicker- my other Rokus work fine with this app and allow me to watch no problem. I cannot delete the app on this Roku and I’ve tried to factory reset. HELP!

@HDMIGuy Yes all other app work. No issues with any other subscription based apps/ services on this Roku. Just the monumental sports app.

@HDMIGuy  I don’t think so, it’s only our living room Roku tv and the 4K Roku in our bedroom that are using subscription.

We understand you are experiencing difficulties using the Monumental Sports app on your new Roku device. We would like to know more about this issue.

First, what error code is showing on the TV screen? Also, could you please check the email address associated with your Roku device? You can find it under Settings > System > About. Please ensure that it matches your current email address linked to your new Roku device.

After confirming that the email matches, you can attempt a manual app update.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Use the directional pad to select the channel or app that is not loading and press Star to open the Settings menu.
  3. Select Check for Updates
  4. Once the app or channel is finished updating, try opening it again.

Furthermore, you can contact the Channel provider or Monumental Sports support for further assistance and clarification.
