Model 3810EU - Roku Streaming Stick+ don't have search option in home menu

Why no search option in my Roku device?

 

Model 3810EU - Roku Streaming Stick+

Serial YH00HP153170

Software version 12.5.5 build 4174-50

Device id 23317H153170

 

I'm living in Malaysia and I bought this from Roku dealer, so why no search option ? Pls support team investigate this issue...the search function is the main function every streaming device should and must have ..why mine not available?

The Search function on the Roku home screen menu is available in the following countries:

In English:
Canada
Ireland
United Kingdom
United States

In Spanish
Mexico
United States

Where it is available, search works for those streaming services that submit information about their programming to Roku. Accuracy and maintenance of the data is the responsibility of the channel providers. Roku lists services providing this information on this page: https://support.roku.com/article/235044948
