I have two Spectrum accounts with cable boxes and wifi and two different houses. Both houses get Spectrum ch 54 TV Land on the cable boxes. The Roku device at one house will not get Spectrum ch 54 TV Land and the other house gets ch 54. Both Spectrum accounts are the same-channel package wise and both are using Roku with Spectrum app.

Contact Spectrum. Roku has absolutely nothing to do with how the Spectrum channel/app works.
Yes, probably a Spectrum issue. If I take the Roku device that doesn't pick up the TV Land channel and others at one location to the second house it works fine getting the TV Land channel.
Maybe the Spectrum app on the Roku device needs to read the info from the Spectrum router/wifi?
