I've always subscribed directly with MLB, not through any third party like Roku.
This MLB Support Page indicates they bill through and including October. Unless you unsubscribe before then, your subscription will renew in February for the 2023 season at the then-prevailing rate.
I expect subscriptions through Roku will do the same.
