For several days now when I engage the MLB Recap of a game, or the watch Condensed game feature, that game comes on but closes out after several seconds and I am redirected to the home page. Any help for my problem is appreciated!
Thank you Danny, the issue is resolved now. It appears MLB released an update as it went from 8.4 build 2 to build 3 and is no longer an issue.
Hello @RayEffertz,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Let us know how it goes!

What software version does the Roku say you are running and when does it say you were last updated? Does this coincide with when your problem began?
If you have received version 11.5 which is currently rolling out:
A new release sometimes creates problems that must be addressed.
In past major Roku updates, I've found that updating the Roku software may not automatically update all channel apps that have new versions to accommodate the Roku update. Manually running an additional update check as soon as you receive the Roku update can make sure you have the latest versions of all your channel apps and prevent many update-related problems (Settings > System > System update > Check now).
I had the same issue...uninstalling the MLB app, restarting, and reinstalling the app seems to have fixed it.
I'm am having the same issue. Started with streaming stick 4K running 11.5. It had been working fines for the last year. Replaced it with an Ultra 4802X also running 11.5 build 4225-C2 and it worked for a week till today. I tried reinstalling with reboot in between multiple times. Factory reset and reinstall. Nothing has worked. I contacted MLB support since it is the only app not working and they opened a case but stated neither of my 4K Rokus are listed as compatible. Even though they both worked. Cop out answer. Both are running the latest app software. My older stick on software 11.0 works fine.
