Lost connection to server

When I hit the HBO mAx channel I get an error saying lost connection to sever how can I fix that to be able to watch HBo Max

I would suggest starting by restarting your Roku from Settings->System->System restart.  If that doesn't work then also restart all your network equipment - gateway/modem/router (which may be just one box).  Just unplug the power for several seconds and plug everything back in.
