have to re scan channels again every time I go to streaming watch channel 244 them go to local channels and they are all gone have to rescan all the time

We're sorry to hear about your issue with loss channels. Let us help you with this. You can try to restart your Roku streaming device. To do this, go to Settings > System > System Restart. After this, check again if you notice any difference with the loss of channels.
