Is it the tv or roku box?

All my streaming services will play tv shows but when you put on a movie the screen goes black but I still have audio. Is it the tv or roku box?

What Roku device are you using right now? (e.g., Roku Express, Roku Streambar, Roku TV; specify TV) Is the issue happening on all contents or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel?
