Hulu profiles gone on Roku

I have 5 profiles on my Hulu account and on my Roku (which worked fine and showed all of them a few days ago) now only shows 3 profiles. I did call Hulu and it is a Roku problem cause my Apple TV still shows all 5 profiles. I have done a hard reset, reset my WiFi, deleted the channel and reinstalled it, and lastly did a factory reset and it still only shows 3 of the 5 profiles.

I am also having that problem.  Only have two profiles on Hulu which work just fine on my other devices.  Only one profile showing up on the new Ruku TV.   Would appreciate anyone that might have a fix for this issue.
