Re: Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ not working and is definitely a Roku issue

@Lichi7305

Thanks for the post.

Please be aware that the Roku Community only supports the English language and we had to use Google Translate to understand your inquiry.

Where are you currently located? As @renojim mentioned, channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

Thanks,
Danny

Re: Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ not working and is definitely a Roku issue

Hey everyone, I was having the same problem and tried restating and unplugging my Roku and all the other things people had suggested and nothing resolved the issue.  I finally got tech support from Roku and they suggested unplugging/ rebooting my modem and hooray it worked!!!! Spread the word. I didn't even think about that but I am so happy all apps/channels are back up and streaming 🎉😊
