How do I login to an existing AMC+ Subscription

I have an existing AMC+ subscription, I have since purchased a Roku TV. How do I login to my existing AMC+ account?

 

When i load the AMC+ app the only option i can find is for a fresh subscription to AMC+ but i don't want to do that and pay again given i've already got an existing AMC+ subscription.

Are you maybe trying to access it through The Roku Channel?  Make sure you're really using the stand-alone channel/app:

When I load it I get an option to start a free trial or sign in.
