How can I stream my local news from a website?

Hello there everybody, just wondering how I can stream my local news from here: https://www.fox7austin.com/live

There's Tubi but for whatever reason they're 5 minutes behind and it crashes the stream every 10 minutes.

Also I can cast over there, that's not the end of the world but it's inconvenient.

It would be awesome if I could just save that live link somehow and just open it up straight from Roku.

Thank you!

@wills

Doesn't look like like Fox7 KTBC (Austin) has a dedicated Roku Channel.  Other than Haystack News (no live content for this station) and Tubi, appears the only way to stream live for free is through casting it from the website to your Roku. (https://www.fox7austin.com/live)

The free channel NewsON seems to have CBS Austin, ABC6News KAAL, and ABS KVUE for live local Austin news, but unfortunately, not Fox7.

You can always just try watching the local news using an antenna connected into your TV (Over the Air).
