My hallmark app isn’t working. I am logged in and it says to subscribe. I have subscription and money is being taken out monthly for it. So decided to click on the box that says subscribe and it says already have subscription. I don’t know what to do.

Try removing the Hallmark channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If the issue persists after attempting the suggestion above, contact the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.

The Hallmark Movies Now app updated today 9/7 to version 8.6.58 - check to see if your issue was resolved.
So mine was doing the exact same thing, ironically, so I googled it and found this thread! Removing, cancelling, re-subscribing and re-adding the channel WORKED!!! THANK YOU!!
