Hallmark Movies Now subscription not recognized by Roku

I have a Hallmark Movies Now direct subscription paid monthly through Hallmark.  When I find a Hallmark movie that’s available on Roku it won’t recognize my HMN subscription and wants me to sign up again through Roku.  Why?  How do I get Roku to recognize my HMN subscription?

Have you tried selecting sign-in on the channel? If so and still unable to log in to your subscription, for more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
