HBO MAX - Session Expired - SOLVED


I own 3 Roku 3800x devices all are currently working, the device in my office has the following error message.

Session Expired - Your Session has expired please sign in again.

Can someone help, HBO Max works everywhere else including my laptop.

SOLVED:  Uninstalled and reinstalled HBOmax and everything is good.  Regards.

How did you uninstall app? I don’t have that option (think it’s because I pay via Roku).

@Becca46, if you subscribe through Roku you won't have the option to remove the channel until you cancel your subscription.  I'd suggest cancelling the subscription and subscribing directly with the provider (HBO MAX).
