I can watch the preview - it says the show is available May5th. There are no episodes available to watch on my smart TV June 1st

Is there a way to block seeing previews in Roku if I am not actually going to be able to watch the show. What is the point of the preview?

I am in Canada and also only get the preview of Great American Baking Show.  Why is that?

In addition, we advise you to perform a system restart on your Roku device to have optimal usage and a refreshed state. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub0menu) > System Restart. If you're unable to access the content on both the website and Roku device, let us know.
