I’ve tried everything…restarting, etc. Why is Episode 8 not playing on my Roku Tv via my Roku P+ subscription?? Prior episodes are fine. I’m able to watch it via my PHONE but why is it not accessible on my Roku TV as it was before?????

Could you provide us with the name of the series you're referring to? Have you tried restarting your Roku TV by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart? If not, we suggest giving it a shot.
