ESPN app will not activate on Roku

I'm an Xfinity subscriber. My channel pkg includes all the ##ESPN channels. I use Roku to watch TV. A few times a year I want to catch tennis events, which are programmed on ESPN. As of this year, ...

    We understand your concern regarding the ESPN app activation on your Roku device. 

    Please note that Roku does not manage channel authentication. We recommend contacting the channel provider directly, as Roku only hosts the channel on its platform and lacks direct management control over it.

    We also suggest directly coordinating with the service provider for further information and clarification about channel subscriptions and their offerings.

Nothing mentioned there resolved my issue. 

Still unable to get the app to link up.

    I am also unable to access ESPN.  It was included in my pkg. For what I pay, it should still be available. Obviously,  others have the same issue, so, fix this.

      Please be informed that most apps on the Roku streaming platform, including the ESPN+ app, are managed and maintained independently by the channel provider. In cases like this, we highly recommend coordinating with the service provider themselves for further assistance.

        Hey RokuCarly you've been posting this same answer in every discussion relating to ESPN. It's not helpful. 

        Neither company wants to take responsibility for their problem.

        Roku needs to take ownership.

        Please stop parroting corporate BS. It's really annoying and makes you seem like a robot.
