Hi, sorry for the lengthy write up , but I tried calling Roku support, without luck.
I’m visiting US from Denmark. I just bought 2 Roku 4K sticks and I’m setting these up, via the hotel WiFi.
During install, I could add Max, which I did.
The remote has a Disney+ button (I already have a subscription). The Disney button on the remote doesn’t work (neither does the Prime Video). I can’t see the Max app anywhere either. Logging in to my Roku account online, the apps are installed.
There is no search function anywhere on the stick itself. Support said to delete my account and retry, but that didn’t help. I can’t download the Roku app, as I’m on a EU AppStore and my EU credit card is not accepted for US purchase in App Store. Paypal just keeps getting error. Any suggestions?
