Disney Plus not saving Password

First The system wouldn't accept a VERIFIED password, then after changing the password it was accept and
took me right back to the log-in screen where it wants the user and password all over!

 

This is on a new Ultra my son bought us to replace the Computer and AT&T box to simplify it for my wife.

Now we will still have to keep the computer connected to watch our subscription to Disney+

 

Why does Disney Plus *NOT* work as easily as  the others????

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
