I am still experiencing extreme sound issues with the DirecTV channel on my Roku Express Plus. Sound will either go from normal to nearly muted, or from normal to extremely loud with extreme static. For me, this problem ONLY exists on the DirecTV channel. This problem has existed for MANY years since the channel was AT&T TV Now. No advice or tips have worked to resolve the problem. Support has not properly addressed this problem. I have the current version of the DirecTV channel installed, and the most current updated version of Roku as of 1/16/24. Problem still exists. Please stay on the topic please.

We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're having with the Direct TV channel since you had audio issues. May we know what troubleshooting steps you have taken so far? Do you have any other device(s) connected to your TV? (e.g., speakers and other sound systems) Is this happening on all contents or channels, or is it isolated? (Specify)

I have 2 Roku premiers. The issue since 2022 has only been through the DirectTV Stream only. No other apps have this issue. The steps taken are invalid being that it's an issue between Roku and DirectTV to work together in order to resolve this unresolved annoyance.
P.S....LEVELING DOES NOT FIX THIS
I guess this issue is going to forever be ignored. I have not found a resolution. Really annoyed
