- On what specific app or channel does the issue happen? Is this issue only happening to one app, or does it happen to every app on your Roku TV?
- What Roku OS are your Roku TVs running? You can check this on Settings > System > About.
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

We have reset the tvs, unplugged, reconnected, reset router, factory reset, moved to different location. It has gone on for 4 days now shows main screen, but when ya click a movie on live tv, Discovery + any app associated with Roku. It goes to what you choose shows the name then goes Blank and does nothing at all.
