I'm working with a New Channel for a customer, I finally got the app but when I started testing the live Channel I'm getting an error when I used the secure protocol https:. If I don't use the secure protocol the playback works great. I'm testing with Stream/RAF Tester Tool and I get a not very clear error message:
"An unexpected problem (but not server timeout or HTTP error) has been detected.
reader pick stream error:bad:Transfer error: Couldn't use specified SSL cipher r esponse code:(0)"
The URLs I'm using are the following:
https://cdn.sensa.com.ar/output/NDS/tvcoopjpD/output.mpd (don't work on tester)
http://cdn.sensa.com.ar/output/NDS/tvcoopjpD/output.mpd (this one works withouth the https)
Could be something related to the SSL? I purchased on Godaddy website?
Any advise to get this work?
