Crave profile set up but not recognized

Hello, 

I have subscribed to Crave & set up my profile. It is not recognized with Roku - it kind of is - yesterday it went as far as my user name and now that circle just spins. It’s not recognized on the Crave website at all. I can’t get on the Crave site for support. 
Has anyone had this issue? I’ve also removed the channel from my roster and added it back.
