Crave can't play video, Roku Express crashes

Every other streaming app works fine. But every time I try to view something in Crave, it causes the device to crash. 

I have a Roku Express model 3930CA, software version 11.5.0 * build 4235-AE.

For a while, every time I tried to watch something with the Continue Watching feature through Crave, it would crash. I would have to manually search for the show/movie for it to play. Now, no matter the method, every time I try to stream something it always does the same thing : it shows a still from the show, the loading graphic starts to spin, and it crashes and basically does a reboot of the device.

I've removed the channel, rebooted, added the channel, rebooted again. I've done multiple factory resets. I've followed all the advice I could find in the forums. Nothing works. I'm starting to wonder if Crave is just not supported by the device anymore (despite there being a button for Crave on the remote!).

Feedback or advice would be appreciated.

Does the issue only occur on Crave or across other channels installed on your Roku device? Have you tried removing the affected channel and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

Hi, yes that was the first thing I did.

It's the only app that gives me problems, and the problem only occurs on the Roku. Crave works on every other device I've tried.

To ensure the process of removing and re-adding the Crave channel is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. from the Settings menu by navigating to  Settings > System > System restart > Restart. However, if it still has no dice and the issue is only with the channel alone, this is a good indication that there is likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to Crave support directly to share your feedback.
