The Roku stick is plugged into the HDMI port on the back of the TV and has the power cable plugged into the wall outlet and the power connection port on the stick.

We appreciate you letting us know about the issue. Does this issue only occur on a specific channel, or does it affect the rest of them? Have you tried using an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the problem persists?
We also recommend performing a system restart from Settings>System>Power>System restart.
