Chorki does not have a Channel developed for the Roku. It must be specifically developed for Roku to be able to be installed on a Roku device.
The Roku is not the same as Android TV. You cannot install Android apps/apk on a Roku device. However, since available in the Play Store, you can install the Chorki app/apk on a mobile device and then either cast or mirror it to your Roku.
They also have an online presence https://www.chorki.com/ and you can also cast/mirror from there as well or use an HDMI cable to your TV directly from a laptop.
