Channels wont load, just goes back to home screen

None of my channels will load except for "Youtube"

Welcome and thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

We noticed your recent post about the playback issue on your YouTube channel. Don't worry, we'll investigate it and isolate the problem. 

Please follow the steps below. ( Restart Device )

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

Note: For a stable internet connection, unplug your WIFI router from the power outlet for at least 15 seconds before use.
