Channel says not able to download

PLEASE HELP US?  We are 75 yrs young, trying to understand what is happening to our

tv. When we try to turn on Any station/or channel it ends up saying not able to download...

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
