I am trying to watch something on the MTV app. Never had a problem before. I go through the process of signing into my service provider and it says I'm signed in but after that on the Roku it says "The channel is not available in your subscription package". though it is. I have checked for updates, restarted the Roku, deleted the app and added it back and tried signing into the MTV app countless times and still keep getting the same message. Does anyone know how to fix this?
