Firstly, we would like to inform you that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication. We would highly recommend directly coordinating this with the service provider as they manage and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.

Why was this listed as the solution? Was this matter resolved? If so, how? It's been over a year since the original post, but I'm experiencing the same issue.
How are you trying to log in? Are you using it as a TV Everywhere app with a TV subscription from another service? Or as a stand-alone subscribed through https://streamtwc.com/ ?
