not able to watch QVC or HSN after a long delay it goes back to Home...worked fine previously and suddenly, won't work at all. Tried removing and re-adding. Tried a system restore. Neither worked.
After removing a channel, best practice is to clear the Roku's memory by restarting it before reinstalling the channel. Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
Restart via Settings > System > System restart (for Roku TVs: Settings > System > Power > System restart)
Thanks, but didn't work. Deleted, then turned off, then tried update, then tried system restore. Not sure what to try next.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. There's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Several points of clarification:
I meant system restart not restore (my error).
It's an RCA Roku set, 3400 version built-into set, cannot remove. Had no issues then suddenly cannot access. May be age of set (abt 5 yrs). Unfortunately I was unable to 'upgrade' with a 4K+ device and had to return it.
I'll check into the QVC/HSN site to see if my set can no longer handle their data stream.
