Can’t watch paramount plus

I signed up for the free two month trial on Roku. Paramount plus doesn’t recognize it and every time I launch the paramount plus channel it asks me to subscribe. I click on it and then it tells me that I am already subscribing to the channel. Why can’t I watch it??? It only lets me see the previews. So frustrating!!
