Same problem everyone else is reporting . Had no problem before but stopped membership and when I renewed, can’t access. It says I renewed through Roku but I’ve tried both apps and neither says I have access. Going to dispute charge on credit card I guess.

If you have a subscription to Acorn TV through Roku, are you making sure to access Acorn TV from within The Roku Channel? If you are experiencing an issue from within The Roku Channel, can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on screen so we can better understand the issue?
