CTV App (Canada) not working, can't go to menu

I just tried using the CTV App, and you can't choose which episode to watch,

because it will not go to the "OVERVIEW, EPISODES, MORE LIKE THIS" controls.

It will only go up the the main menu "CTV, HOME, SHOWS, MOVIES, ON AIR, MY LIBRARY"

OK, I figured out their **bleep** interface.

You can get to the "OVERVIEW, EPISODES, MORE LIKE THIS" controls, its just that you don't know you are there because it gives you no indication of where you are.

Hit the down arrow until you get to the bottom, hit the up arrow once, then the right arrow, and you will be able to select episodes.

Thanks for the post.

Does the issue only occur on a specific CTV channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

The problem is with all CTV channels.

It is the CTV App interface.

Since I just installed it, I doubt if reinstalling it will help.

But will try if you like.

I reinstalled the App as you suggested, and it made no difference.

No amount of messing around on my end is going to make any difference. The App is defective.

This is on a Roku Premiere, Model 3920CA . Software 11.0.0 build 4193-91 .

The CTV App is version 1.0 build 6 .

Thanks for the follow up.

When removing a channel, did you make sure to restart the Roku device before adding the channel back again?

If you are still experiencing an issue, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Yes I restarted the Roku device before adding the channel back again.

How do I contact the channel provider (BellMedia) to get them to fix their App?
