Why does the CBS app always stop playing a show? I either get a message that "the content isn't available" or tells me I have no internet or it completely boots me out of the app & brings me back to my Roku screen? This was happening to me all the time when I was paying for the Paramount app as well. This does not happen to any other app I watch.
Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channels back once more.
