Audio sync issues with 3820R2 stick and YouTubeTV

We purchased a 3820R2 stick prior to Christmas and since installing our audio with YouTubeTV is not in sync.  All other apps seem to work fine.  We have two older Roku sticks and they will work fine.

Hello @reh2

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

We would recommend removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

To help troubleshoot the issue further, follow this link: How to resolve a channel playback issue

Let us know how it goes!

Thank you.  We did remove and reload the app and it worked for a day or two.  But the issued returned.

Hello @reh2,

Thanks for the follow-up

If the issue persists from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

You can reach them here: YouTube Support
