App unavailable, try again later

I’m getting the above message when trying to access the bbc apps including sound,channel 4 and 5. I can however access the ITVX app so it isn’t my connection ???

That message is coming from the app, not the Roku. So there's something wrong with the BBC apps, either at their server end or the BBC has determined you're using a Roku that they don't consider "supported" and has disabled their access. The BBC has strict control over what Roku devices can use their apps.

Try restarting your Roku or unplugging power for 60 seconds.
