App/channel said movie was free but it really wasnt.

Found a film i wanted to watch, saw that vudu was my only watch free option, so i go into vudu app, but the movie actually had to be bought or rented. Anybody have similiar experience? Really ticked me off. But what do you guys think. Was error on vudu's part, or roku's?

It seems to be a fairly common problem with vudu - for example:

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Could you provide an example movie title that you experience this issue with the Vudu channel?
