Amazon Prime not streaming next episode

the error reading has no code just a message saying: Something went wrong.

please try again later. for more help,go to  


to get out you have to press ok, turn off the tv and go back into the channel.  There is sound, it streams the sound but not the content.  this has been going on for more than a week.  There is no video help.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings System System restart > Restart.

Thank you this solved my problem with AP. I didn't do a reset though, because the delete and reinstall worked for me.
