All 4 Channel issue - blank screen

Hi, has anyone had issues trying to watch the All 4 channel ?

Every time I select it to watch I get a blank screen. My device has no issues with internet connection, it is playing every other channel (My 5 , itv HUB, BBC iplayer) I have looked to see if device needs updating but that’s been done.

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
