I heard that Roku banned adult content in 2022. If that's the case, why are Babeflix, PelisHD, Anime Plus, PolBox, Exotic Movie House, Full Moon, Blue Mermaid Gold, Late Night Wicked, Romance After Dark, G String, Miami TV, and Adult TV allowed?

They stopped doing never-ending private channels in 2002.  Some of those happened to be “adult”.

The short version is:

“You will not provide”  … “that Roku determines” … “constitute pornography”.

So “pornography” vs “adult” and “that Roku determines” may be why things aren’t exactly as you expect.

All these you listed are not channels you can directly go to they are paid subscription channels
