Activating NBC App with Suddenlink Cable

I'm suddenly unable to activate the NBC channel (or BBC America, the Weather Channel ) by connecting it with my Suddenlink service. This has been ongoing for about 20 hours. The process just seems to stall out after entering the activation code. Anyone else experiencing this

Please be advised that channel logins or authentication are handled directly by the channel developer. We suggest reaching out to the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help. They can resolve the error you are having with channel authentication.
