AMC+ subscription existing subscription

I have an AMC+ subscription. I've watched my AMC+ shows on my Roku as recently as 3 days ago. Today when I try to login it prompts me to subscription information when I already have an active subscription. 

 

I can pull the app up on my phone and watch with no problem. But when I try on the Roku it recognizes my login, but immediately directs me to subscription information when I already have one. Please help

Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? How are you accessing the show, on the Roku Channel or the standalone app? Also, is your subscription through The Roku Channel or directly to AMC?
