30 day free trial , charged anyway next day

How do I get a refund for a channel that was supposed to be 30 days free and was charged the next day?

You have to jump through the hoops at https://support.roku.com/contactus , but keep in mind that if you ever tried the free trial in the past you will be automatically subscribed if you try to sign up for it again.
