Roku Ultra 4800 channels not working except Netflix

None of my Roku devices are not working purchased a Roku ultra last week also not working..only app usable is Netflix and HGTV, .but not the Philo I have access to HGTV thru...... frustrating.  Extremely irate have waited WEEKS for this issue to be resolved.. NOTHING. model 4800x loaded unloaded channels restarted started then reloaded, system updates ect I .have done everything I could find to resolve issue nothing...............extremely annoyed.........
